The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. They can therefore return an item without having to justify their decision and obtain a refund.

The returned item must be unused and unwashed, and must be returned in its original packaging. Simply handling the product to examine it (as in a store) is not grounds for refusing a return. To facilitate the processing of your return, we recommend including a copy of the delivery slip and the reason for the return.

• Return procedure

The Customer may return an item by mail to the following address:

Before returning any item, it is advisable to contact customer service at service@maisontrinitas.fr to obtain appropriate instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error by Maison Trinitas (defective product, incorrect item, etc.). If an ordered item is out of stock, the customer will be refunded, including shipping costs if these were not covered by free shipping.

• Refund

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the return, depending on the payment method used when ordering.

• Exchange

If the customer wishes to exchange an item, they must contact customer service. In the event of an exchange, Maison Trinitas will cover the return shipping costs for the new item.

• Legal guarantees

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, which covers any defects existing at the time of delivery. The customer may request repair, replacement, or, if this is not possible, a refund.

• Exceptions

Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with regulations, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
