2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered on the website www.maisontrinitas.com. They are accessible at any time on the website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day of consultation by the customer. Photographs are not contractually binding. TRINITAS is committed to providing products that comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Order
The customer can place an order directly on the website. All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order will only be considered final after confirmation by TRINITAS.
5. Price
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
6. Payment terms
Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimates only. In case of delay, the customer will be notified. In accordance with the law, if delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from the date of the order, the customer may request cancellation of the sale.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Legal Guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and equivalents in Belgian and Luxembourg law.
10. Personal data

11. Intellectual Property

12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district where TRINITAS's registered office is located, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions applicable in the consumer's country (Belgium or Luxembourg).
